1st Sunday of Advent (C)

For this week's Masses - Click Here

Convent Mass: from tomorrow onwards the Convent Mass will be changed to 8.30am. This change will allow more time for the nuns who have to travel home after their gratifying work of nursing the sick and dying in their homes.

First Friday Additional Events:  The Laurels School are now holding their monthly recollections here every first Friday from 9.30-11.30.  At 3.45pm there will be a Mass in Polish too.

Thank You for the Bazaar: A huge effort has been made by so many of you. Thank you for all your hard work – especially all that goes on behind the scenes! Many of us are weary but a big thanks to all.

Grand Draw: One of the largest components of the Bazaar profit comes from the Grand Draw. Today at 1pm in the club we have the Grand Draw when the winning tickets will be revealed. We hope it is you!

Welcome to Fr David Stewart SJ: Fr. David is Superior of the Clapham Jesuit community (Windmill Drive) and has recently been appointed National UK Director of the Apostleship of Prayer, the Pope’s Prayer Network. He is also Chaplain to the Catholic Parliamentary Internship scheme, run in partnership with the Bishops’ Conference, a spiritual director and retreat-guide, including vocation discernment ministry and an occasional writer for the US Jesuit weekly journal, America. His Jesuit background, on four continents, has included Ignatian spirituality ministry and secondary education.
Don’t forget to go to Confession!
