33rd Sunday OT (Old Rite: VI Sunday remaining after Epiphany)

Annual Bazaar: 29/30th November – Fast approaching - 2 weeks to go!
Draw Tickets: are available, please take some home; sell them to friends and family and then return the counterfoils and money – in a sealed envelope as soon as possible.
Bottle Stall: Please bring in bottles of wine, spirits and soft drinks.  This wonderful stall is always popular and helps the atmosphere and the takings of the Bazaar as a whole.  How about donating your ‘Buy-One-Get-One-Free’ offers that you may be getting with your supermarket shop!
Good-as-new items: Please bring in: Good-as-new toys, books, DVD’s and CD’s, fancy goods, Religious articles, and your handmade goods and jams.
Lucky Dip Prizes needed: If you have some nice little good-as-new toys or knick-knacks that children would love, please bring them in!
Cakes: Please sign the cake list and make a cake for the 29th and/or 30th.
Heavies: We need strong men 7.30pm Thursday 28th; 4pm Friday 29th; 4pm on Saturday 30th and 10.30am Sunday 1st December.  Last year we were almost crippled by the work on the Friday afternoon so we appeal to our teenage boys to come and help.
Bags 2 The Future: are being collected at 9am tomorrow morning.  If you haven't already done so, you will need to make sure your bag is here by 8.30am!
Father Christmas: We need a male volunteer to play this key role during the Bazaar.
Football Pen - Volunteers Needed!: We need 6 men/big boys to help monitor the football pen on the playground during the Bazaar.   If we have sufficient volunteers, you will only need to get us 1 hour of your time.
Crèche Volunteers Needed: We need some women to help look after children during bazaar.  As above, we are aiming for volunteers based on 1 hour each.
Matched Funding:  Do you work in a bank, or corporation that help charities like us out with matched funding?
Bazaar Dinner (Saturday 30th): If you would like to book your place for the Dinner on Saturday 30th, please see Fr Christopher B or Fr Simon.
Family Bistro (Friday 29th 6pm): The menus for the Family Bistro are now available.  Please pick up one and return with the money next weekend.
The next Bazaar Meeting will take place on Monday 18th November.
