25th Sunday OT (XVIII Sunday after Pentecost)

Annual Bazaar: 29th / 30th November: We need to start preparing for our annual fundraiser. Each year we are taxed by the Diocese around £13,500 which goes towards our school bill, aiming each year to raise as much of this from our annual Bazaar. Last year we fell short of our target so we need your help and ideas to help us get there this year. Please start to bring in your GOOD items - bottles, fancy goods, jewellery, cake making materials (flour, sugar, dried fruit etc), good-as-new toys, religious articles, CDs and DVDs. This year we are having an ‘Arts & Crafts’ stall so donations of hand-made articles are needed too! No Jumble, Videos, Encyclopaedias or Electrical goods please.  The next planning meeting is Monday 14th October at 8pm – we hope to see you there!

Next Sunday (29th September): There is a reunion Mass for the FHC children & their families. At the 10.45 Latin Mass we will have our ‘Special Sunday’ Mass

Meville Camille RIP: No date has been set for Meville’s funeral - as soon as the arrangements are finalised we will let you know.

Rosary Crusade of Reparation - Saturday 12th October 2.15pm: For the 29th time, the Rosary Crusade will take to the streets of London in honour of Our Lady in the month of the Holy Rosary. The Crusade attracts a procession of roughly 2000 people each year & follows the route from Westminster Cathedral to the Brompton Oratory, which owes its foundation to the Blessed John Henry Newman. The First Holy Communion children & Servers lead the way & this year, Fr Christopher will be the preacher. It will start at 2.15pm & finish at 5pm. Unfortunately changes in procedures for the Met Police, and them no longer providing the traffic management required for such a large event, has meant that the costs for staging this event have greatly increased. The organisers would be grateful for any donations to help cover the additional £2,000 cost. If you would like to help, you can donate via their website ( or by sending them a cheque, address on poster or leaflets at back of Church.  Why not check out their blog as well - link on the sidebar
