30th Sunday OT (Old Rite: OLJC the King)

BAZAAR - FRI 30th NOV / SAT 1ST DEC: In less than 5 weeks our annual Christmas Bazaar will be upon us.  You can bring items for the bazaar (cake making materials - e.g. flour, sugar, dried fruit etc), bottles, fancy goods, jewellery, groceries, good-as-new toys, CDs and DVDs – NO JUMBLE OR VIDEOS PLEASE.  We appeal to all of you to really make an effort to help make this bazaar be a success like last year. These are hard times so cannot presume just to make it without elbow grease.

BAGS2THEFUTURE: ‘Save yourself a trip to your local charity shop’.  As part of our drive to raise funds towards our £13,000 benchmark for our schools, one of our parishioners is working on a small “reuse textiles project”. Please start preparing for our collection date – Fri 9th Nov, by putting aside all your good quality 2nd hand adults & children’s clothing, sheets, blankets, curtains, shoes, belts & handbags. Pick up a bag at the back of church.

DRAW TICKETS: Have you brought back your sold tickets?   Please bring in as soon as possible!

‘SPECIAL SUNDAY’ – Today at 10.45am Mass

HALF-TERM: We wish our Heads, staff & pupils a good rest in the coming week.  We thank them for all their hard work and hope that you are refreshed and ready to return to school on Monday 5th
